What is included in installation?
Design, commercial-grade lights, custom fitting, professional installation, timer setup, in-season maintenance and scheduled removal are included.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit reserves your installation. You may also pay the full approved amount at checkout.
Are you insured?
Yes. Let It Glow Holiday Lighting is commercially insured, and our installers are trained for professional exterior lighting work.
Can I use my own lights?
Yes. We can install customer-owned lights, but cannot provide the bulb-replacement guarantee included with our commercial-grade lighting.
When should I schedule?
As early as possible. Early booking provides the widest choice of installation dates, and your lights can remain off until you are ready.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not. We confirm the design and power access beforehand and send a completion update after the installation.
What if a light stops working?
Season-long maintenance is included with our commercial lights. Contact us and we will arrange service.
When are lights removed?
Removal is scheduled after the season. Weather can affect exact dates, but you never need to coordinate ladders or a takedown crew.
Do you serve HOAs and businesses?
Yes. We design coordinated displays for entrances, clubhouses, churches, temples, retail properties, offices, restaurants and community common areas. HOA, faith-based and commercial projects receive custom pricing.
How accurate is the roofline preview?
You trace the actual roof edges on your current photo, so the placement follows your house instead of a generic template. It is still a planning concept; final measurements and design are confirmed before installation.
