Estimates and final scope

Online price ranges are preliminary. Final pricing, lighting placement, materials and installation dates are confirmed after property review and written approval.

Deposits and payment

A 50% deposit reserves an approved installation date. Full payment is always accepted. Any remaining balance, cancellation terms and property-specific requirements will appear on the approved proposal or invoice.

Installation and access

Customers are responsible for safe property access and working exterior power. Weather, unsafe conditions or conditions not visible during estimating may require rescheduling or a revised plan.

Service and removal

In-season maintenance and removal apply as stated in the approved package. Scheduling may shift because of weather or safety conditions.
